Our carefully selected team of massage therapists is fully licensed and insured in Connecticut, bringing years of expertise in various modalities. All of our therapists are members of the American Massage Therapy Association and are always staying up to date with their skills through ongoing continuing education. Whether you seek the calming touch of a Swedish massage or the therapeutic depth of deep tissue techniques, our wide range of modalities ensures that your individual needs are met. 

Our Services

All services include ThermoTherapy access. Contact us at time of booking to reserve your choice of sauna or aromatherapy steam shower. We provide you with robes, slippers and towels for your comfort. These complimentary reservations are first come first serve.

Our massage therapists offer sessions ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours, customized to meet your unique needs. To help you choose, we’ve grouped our offerings into the following categories:

• Relaxation & Stress Relief: PreNatal massage, Hot Stone or Himalayan Hot Stone massage, Spa massage, Swedish massage, Custom-Tailored Aromatherapy massage, Pampering Package sessions and Couples Massage.
• Therapeutic & Targeted Care: Deep tissue focus, integrated cupping, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myoskeletal Alignment Technique, Thai massage, Reiki and Scrub & Massage Body Treatments.
• Custom Experiences: Custom-Tailored sessions designed specifically for your goals and preferences. You select your choice of heated or unheated massage tables, choice of oil, lotion or creme, scented or unscented, and areas of focus for massage. Sessions are designed with your specific input in mind.

Our facility boasts five serene session rooms, making it possible for families and friends to enjoy simultaneous massages in a setting that enhances comfort and tranquility. This is perfect for couples celebrating special occasions with side by side treatments, families looking to unwind together, or friends seeking a shared relaxation experience. The view from our large windows evokes the serenity of being nestled in a treehouse, with lush greenery and natural light enhancing your relaxation experience.
